We are a 501(c7) organization, established in 2019 to procure, own, finance, lease, maintain and manage real estate and personal property for the Fresno chapter of Phi Delta Theta.

To procure and manage housing for the California Upsilon of the Phi Delta Theta Fraternity and take an active role in the various social and educational activities of the chapter.

Over the next 5 years, to increase the amount of students we are serving, provide affordable quality housing, and increase the number of educational and social activities that are provided to the chapter.
